Bevertix provides done-for-you AI automation services for US-based home service businesses (including but not limited to HVAC, roofing, and plumbing companies), built on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel. Our services may include:
Missed Call Text-Back automation
AI Voice Agent (automated call handling)
Reactivation Agent (automated re-engagement of past leads/customers)
Conversational AI Website Widget
Review Request Agent
Services are delivered as productized retainers, which may include one-time setup fees and recurring subscription fees, as set out in a separate service agreement or order form between Bevertix and the Client.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses operating in the United States. By engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to bind your business to these Terms, and will use our services in compliance with applicable law.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you agree to:
Provide accurate business information necessary to configure and operate the services
Obtain and maintain all necessary consent from your own customers/leads before Bevertix's tools contact them via call, text, or other communication channel
Comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging
Maintain accurate opt-out/consent records for your contacts
Use the services only for lawful business purposes
You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through automation configured on your behalf and for ensuring your own compliance obligations as a business collecting and messaging consumer data.
4. Fees and Payment
Setup fees and recurring retainer fees are outlined in your service agreement or order form.
Fees are due as specified at the time of purchase or on a recurring billing schedule.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or as required by law.
5. SMS and Voice Communication Terms
By opting in to receive SMS or voice communications from Bevertix (whether as a prospective Client or a website visitor):
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by interaction.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final confirmation message.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 13.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services are built on and integrate with third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel, telephony/SMS providers, and payment processors). Bevertix is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by these third-party platforms that are outside of our reasonable control. Continued availability of our services may depend on continued access to these third-party platforms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
Send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive communications
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
Send messages to individuals who have not provided appropriate consent
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any Client's systems
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, workflows, templates, and materials provided as part of our services (excluding third-party platform components) are the property of Bevertix or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely in connection with the services during the term of their agreement. No ownership rights are transferred to the Client.
9. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue as a result of using our services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bevertix and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bevertix in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bevertix, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of our services.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. Bevertix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion in the event of a violation of these Terms.
